A CHRISTMAS MESSAGE:

This holiday season is a wonderful time to reconnect with family, loved ones and friends. It is a time for giving and for caring. But for some it can be a time of great difficulty. Mental health problems or demons from our past can make xmas a challenging time for many. Please think of those amongst us that are more vulnerable at this time and reach out, connect and let them know that you care and are thinking of them. And if you are struggling at this time reach out to someone and let them know how you are feeling. You might be surprised where and with whom you will find the support that you need. Gifts that we need don't often look the same as gifts that we desire. Best wishes and love to all, look after each other.
